Nobody on Log Mountain is complaining. He is the AD as well, so that always helps with the salary. Fact is that Dudley wins. 3 state titles at 2 schools shows the man can flat out coach.

I don't think that the pay all across the board is up to standards including head coaches.

Bell Co. has 8 but they are paid extremely low. $1500 and no experience raise.

 

Do they have volunteers or just a lot of sideline coaches then, it seems there are a lot more than that on Friday nights.

I am with Sportsfan08, I don't see that happening. I would love to see Jep come back, he did a GREAT job at SL.
