Clyde Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 I always thought that Prince had put on the best show for a Super Bowl. Tonight may have topped it.
Hangman Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 I really didn't enjoy it as much as I'd hoped I would...
Mack The Knife Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 Has there ever been a cooler rock star than Clarence Clemoms?
mcpapa Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 Been a big fan of The Boss for well over 30 years. Clarence Clemons rules.
Clyde Posted February 2, 2009 Author Posted February 2, 2009 Has there ever been a cooler rock star than Clarence Clemoms? You know you're cool when you're 67 and people still look at you as a rock star.
20/20Hindsight Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 No Born in the USA? I'm not much of a fan so I only know a couple of his songs and that was one of them. I wish he would have played that one.
MountainThunder Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 I liked it. Love the boss and he's still got it!
polarbear1994 Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 He showed that camera what was up. Got up with a grimace on his face... probably will feel it in the morning.
PutMeInCoach Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 Got up with a grimace on his face... probably will feel it in the morning. Had to be going to get the ice right when he got off stage.
AverageJoesGym Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 Great show. I liked Born to Run but I wish he'd have played Thunder Road which is my favorite. I saw him in concert back in 99 in Indianapolis, great show 3 1/2 hours with no break. As a bonus he had Little Steven and Nils both playing guitar and Patty had strep throat so we didn't have to see her. Great night. Great performer.
