I missed it. The ice out side was melting and I decided to watch that instead.

I thought The Boss was a HUGE let-down. He didn't even sing Born in the USA? I'll take Tom Petty anyday...

Bruce Springsteen is THE BOSS! And his show was awesome! He's been asked many times over the last 35 years to be the half-time show, and this is the only time he's said yes. I loved it! And I suspect that many who didn't enjoy it, aren't Springsteen fans anyway. He's the epitome of my kind of rock. Born to Run is such an awesome song! Glory Days is right up there! I know I must not be too off base...my 21 year old son thought The Boss was rockin' and loved the show. And my son is the epitome of cool.

The show was alright, nothing special. The slide into the camera, the windmill on the guitar....if he would have taken the mic and swung it around a few times he would have completed the rock-n-roll trifecta.

 

Also, the talking back and forth at the end and then the referee coming out was horribly lame.

Best singing performance of the night was Jennifer Hudson, I'd say only Whitney Houston beats her out for the best National Anthem I've ever heard...

Both Hudson and Hill lip synched their performance.
