Where is this place located???

ha, ha! ... I am not sure that I would want to tell someone with a user name like yours! (just a joke, my friend!)

It is off of 42 behind Ponderosa (in Florence). It is part of Home Suites (which used to be a Holiday Inn).

Go there if at all possible. Great food--and get the Fajitas or Quesadillas. And for desert .. the Banana Chimichanga. (Don't forget the Margaritas--2.00 on Mondays).

I tend to stay away from the chains.

Mi Camino Real in Maysville is probably my favorite; it's close, prices are great and you get your food fast. eating.gif

I also like LaFinca's.

In Lexington, there's one right off Leestown Road in the Maplethorpe (sp?) area that has a buffet. We like that one a lot also.

It's got my vote!

Here's my reason for the three above.

Chipotle-Best burrito by far and their chips are the best.

Qdoba- Has by far the best queso dip.

Moe's- Free salsa bar.

Chipotle from the list given. I really like other Mexican restaraunts such as Camino Real and Margarittas.

Rio Grande

In NKY ?

This is one of two places that gives La fincas in Ashland a challenge in my opinion. Rio Grande was just a few minutes away from my girls apartment and I took full advantage of it.

The other place is Karens in the Riviera Maya. I only stayed there 6 days last year but managed to eat at Karens 3 times and it was awesome.

I'm a huge Mexican fan. I order fajitas or quesadillas from every resturant and I haven't had one I didn't like yet.

Rio Grande
I agree! In NKY (or anywhere else) El Rio Grande is the winner, hands down. :ylsuper:

El Colonial in Russell is quite Good.

Overall I like the place in the Old Frisches on 42 in Florence, I dont even remember the name.

Abuelos @ Fayette Mall--The best sit down!

Taco Tico/Taco Casa--best fast food chain:)

Montoya's

Overall I like the place in the Old Frisches on 42 in Florence, I dont even remember the name.

Camino Real. It's really good too.
