BUT you would think Patterson avoids foul trouble and plays a big role. I would still take West Virginia in a close game.

The Cats are a very dangerous team IF and only if they cut their turnovers by A LOT! I picked UK just because I want them to win, not that I believe they will.

There is no reason to think WVU is superior to UK, IMO. They have wins over Elon, Longwood, and Deleware State at home and a win over a mediocre Iowa team last night. There is no reason to think they're going to mop the floor with UK tonight. This will be a great game on a neutral court tonight.
