He is THE GURU!!!

I know you are probably joking but I wouldn't do that. From previous post from the guru, I don't think he wants anyone dropping BGP to any Florence officer.
Excellent advice. :thumb:

Online, he's known as the guru, an expert on Kentucky high school sports. In reality, his name is Rob Bacigalupo, a former standout football player at Beechwood and current Florence police officer

Excellent article and good to know I have something in common with 2,000 BGPer's.

Suggestion to Guru. Next time you stop someone on suspicion of DUI, have them repeat your last name 5 times in a row. When they say (and they will), "I couldn't do that even if I were sober", your work will be done. :thumb:

Knowin 'Ru, he'd be on the other side of the camera...

Nice article, but I was expecting a shout out. :irked:

:D Just kidding.

I got a shout out in an article a few years ago. :thumb:

Guru is the man. Thanks for the site.

I meant if I was pulled over by the Guru. I was joking and had no intention on doing that.

ttt

Nice article.

I tell someone new about BGPs at least once a week.

For all you people asking about getting pulled over... One of the questions Ryan asked me was if I had ever arrested any members of the site. I assume none of you guys want to be put on that list? :D

ttc, that 2000 number is current suspended members. If we counted everyone that had ever been suspended that would be a much bigger number.

Thanks for the kind words everyone!

I have enjoyed the threads we have every now and again about how people found the site and so forth.

It was a great read and for some of us, you don't REALLY feel like you are part of the family til you are suspended at least once.

Heck, anybody can get suspended once. You know you're really family when you're suspended multiple times and they still welcome you back with open arms - a prodigal son sort of thing. Fortunately, my slaps on the wrist were prior to the new reinstatement policy; a policy which was by the way one more step towards making BGP the best-run message board that I've been a part of.

Been there...done that...got the T-shirt.

Literally. ;)

Here's a question 'Ru. If you pull someone over, and they have on a BGP Sweatshirt, do they get a ticket? :D
