No, he played in at least one game late in the season. Unfortunately, he suffered a set-back and had to sit out again for a while.

I do feel Highlands should have played Conner. I just think they used him a little too much. He could not have been in good enough football condition to have played a whole game. A four back rotation or a least a three back rotation would have been much more effective. Hopefully they will rotate more against Ashland.

Empty the backfield and let Tony "chuck" away!!

Football is a contact sport, not to be confused with a weight room or a stationary bike. When a player is not at the top of his game, coaches need to recognize that and react, or a season over.

Now your talkin !!!!!!

I think Highlands was it's own foe Friday night against BS. It would of been a bigger win for the Birds, if they hadn't shot themselves in the foot so many times with fumbles and other mistakes. I think they take it out on Ashland big time!!!! Highlands 42 Ashland 7:dancingpa

The Birds lose this one, Ashland by 7!:eek:

Just correcting the idea that he hadn't played all year.

I take it you saw film on Ashland as well?

Tony G should be able to pick the secondary apart with Collinsworth, Buten, Hogue, and Roller at the TE position.

I'd like to see Dale put Crawford and Conner in the slot a little this week as well and let them use their athleticism in the flats.

Films are on Tuesday! They decieved me last week...or maybe I was ate up with playoff fever!

Guess I got a headstart then. :D:sssh:

Ashland is the underdog. There are some advantages to being the underdog. I hope Ashland can pull the win out ...

Ram: We've been the underdog in almost every game we've played this year. We're used to it. :D

No, the problem last week with your prediction was caused by the fact that you played safety and wide receiver in high school. :D

I find it quite amazing that 40 people have picked Ashland to win...:eek:

I don't find it amazing.....we (Ashland) support our Tomcats all the way!!!

:fight:

That's ok Tomcat4life. The high and mighty fall the hardest (from their lofty position), if you get my drift. HHS better remember that the game is played on the field and not in this thread!!!!!
