FHS by 4 Td's minimum.

I need to make sure I understand this. Dayton is 2-8 and the two teams they beat are 5-15 combined having been outscored 735-284. Frankfort is 9-1 with wins over #8 in AA and #7 in A with their only loss coming to cross town rival AAAA Franklin County who is #17 in their class, but Dayton is going to win because they play in NKy.

No, not because they play in NKy, but because they play better than Frankfort and come in with a better game plan. I personally think it will be a close and enjoyable game.

Frankfort names the score.

I love the NKY mentality taking over in this thread.... Frankfort will win by three touchdowns. :thumb:

Dayton has not seen the kind of speed Frankfort has this year. Dayton chances lies with their linebacker ( Richardson ). He's big, strong, surprisingly fast and plays smash mouth football. If he is on Quan hasn't been hit like this kid will hit him. Dayton must keep contain and make Quan go through Richardson. Dayton offense must run it right at Frankfort. Frankfort is much to fast for Dayton to get outside. Sherlock is Dayton best offensive threat but he's not a run you over type of a runner. Although he runs very hard his forte is his allusiveness. Frankfort's kicker/punter is very impressive which will limit Dayton's strong return teams. That being said my prediction is:

Best offense - Frankfort

Best defense - Dayton

Special teams - Frankfort

When Beechwood played them last year, the "Frankfort Speed" was all the talk. Let me tell ya, the Tigers just flat out beat them down, hard! Dayton they will score on special teams, but if you take smash mouth to a whole new level they cant handle it. Period. Watch the film, watch how Elliot handled the "speed".

Dayton can win this game Frankfort is moe hype than anything.

Dayton 33

Frankfort 17

I have seen both teams. Frankfort has to many athletes. Dayton can't score enough to stay in this one. 28-7.

That is not a whole lot to brag about! Number 17 in 4A, thats the cheerleaders right? And not because they are from NKY! If I remember correctly the same thing was said about last years game against Bwood, "just that their from NKY" Tell me, have your guys healed up yet?

This is not a Beechwood/Frankfort thread.

I understand your passion for Beechwood. As for the game last year, I think the difference was power and strength on the front line of Beechwood. It was a physical game and Beechwood brought the wood. The best coaching move for Beechwood last year was getting lined up in the wishbone. It took away any advantage FHS had with quickness.

As for this year the FHS team has improved from the first game and is still getting better each week. They had their best game last week against Garrad County. Offense got on track and looked impressive.

As for Dayton game this week FHS has to block and tackle and things will take care of themselves. Yes FHS will have to utlize different guys and try to use their quickness to gain an advantage.

How is Frankfort's line? I think this could be the difference maker for either team.
