July 10, 200818 yr I'm sure we've covered this before, but the other thread on steaks got me thinking about it again... Me, I'm a medium to medium well person.
July 10, 200818 yr Medium rare for me. And if I grill a bunch of steaks, I'll sop up that yummy stuff that's left on the platter with a hunk of bread for dessert.
July 10, 200818 yr Medium Rare. Maybe just a little pepper and salt on it, but that is it. If you have a really good cut of meat, it should not require any special marinades. I also enjoy my steak cooked Pittsburgh style but I am not good at preparing it that way.

July 10, 200818 yr Burned to a crisp with a side of ketchup! just kidding I like adding a dry rub to my steak and cooking it medium rare.

July 10, 200818 yr Medium Rare with sautéed mushrooms on the side. Add sautéed onions to the mix and you've got a GREAT meal. I think medium rare should be the only way to eat a steak.
July 10, 200818 yr YUMMY!!! Steak sure does sound great. I like it medium to medium well....I will stab it to death, then put on taco sauce, hickory smoked salt and A-1 sauce. Then grill it. I serve it with lima beans, loaded potato, corn on the cob....Yum!!!!!
July 10, 200818 yr Rare, but I only trust myself and my dad to cook it correctly. Anything over mid-rare is "ruint."
