Time to watch something else early for the 2nd night in a row. :irked:

B/c if Dunn happens to get hot and someone sees that he does occasionally drive in runs they may get more for him in a trade. Bruce will get his chances to hit 3rd in the future if he's good enough. Why put extra pressure on him now when he's hitting like Patterson?

 

Dunn has been in the league since 2001, everyone knows what he does and doesn't do by now. Also the fact that he isn't signed beyond this year is going to prevent his trade value from going up due to a hot streak. This season is pretty much toast so there would be a lot less pressure on Bruce this season than to put him there when the rest of the team is ready to contend.
