Edwin Encarnacion's back is still hurting. He doesn't even think he can pinch-hit. Dusty Baker moved Dunn up in the order to avoid having too many left-handed hitters in a row. Toronto has four left-handers in its bullpen.

 

The Reds will probably wait until tomorrow to make on decision on Encarnacion as far as the disabled list. Jerry Hairston Jr. is eligible to come off the DL tomorrow.

Reds have to go into next year with Harang, Voltron and Cueto. No way in goodness green earth they can continue to give Arroyo the ball every 5 days after this year, even after the trade deadline. He has to go, whatever it takes.
