I understood it that the memorandum has a buy out with it. The Memorandum of Understanding includes a BUYOUT provision that would require Gillispie to pay $3 million the first year, $2 million the second year and $ 1 million the third and fourth year if he leaves the University. This provision has already been agreed to by the parties. Someone fill me in if im wrong..

April 8, 200818 yr Why? It is a down grade job. He is at the greatest job in America, why would you leave that for money and to lose? I don't think he is leaving he likes to win and OSU doesn't win in the Big 12. Kind of like Texas A&M never won in the Big 12? Umm well until Gillispie took over. Texas A&M was much larger of a black hole than Oklahoma State ever thought about being. Gillispie won there he could win at Okie State. I just hope he doesn't want to.
