March 30, 200818 yr He will be a top ten pick in the NBA if he decides to go, and would start for most teams this year. No sir.
March 31, 200818 yr There are four or five freshman that one go ahead of him alone. Beasley and Love will for sure, but no other freshman will. IMO.
March 31, 200818 yr ^ He can't play inside in the NBA.....and guys can hit from 15' left and right in the NBA.
March 31, 200818 yr Beasley and Love will for sure, but no other freshman will. IMO. Enjoy Psycho T at UNC next year. He'll be back because going to the draft would be a very poor decision. Fantastic NCAA player, not a great pro prospect...
March 31, 200818 yr I was actually at the game. My thoughts.. -Hansbrough is the man! -UL made way to many mistakes -UNC rarely missed - Officials were a joke - UNC fans are just as bad and or worse than UK fans - Last but not least to the young (but of legal age) NOT SOBER UL fan that sat next to me :irked::irked:...Sosa is not the best player for UL. UL did NOT get screwed. We lost due to all the reasons listed above and I hope to jesus pete I NEVER have to sit next to someone like you AGAIN. TD was seconds away from pulling out the taser on that MORON!!
March 31, 200818 yr He will be a top ten pick in the NBA if he decides to go, and would start for most teams this year. Wow...
March 31, 200818 yr ^ that's all I'm saying.....look at JJ Redick. Agreed. TH does not have a very developed offensive game for the NBA. If you ask me, he will be a better version of Mark Madsen.
March 31, 200818 yr Disappointed, but it was a great year. The Cards didn't play their best, and still had a chance late. It took the best player in the country having one of the best games of his career to knock the Cards out, and I can feel pretty good about that. Looking forward to next year! And thanks to Padgett, Palacios and Farley for all your wonderful contributions to the program! :thumb:
March 31, 200818 yr Beasley and Love will for sure, but no other freshman will. IMO. Dude, I am a huge UNC fan and I know psycho T is the bomb, but he will not be a top 10 pick. He is a great college player, but he will be an average NBA player. I hope GT is right and he comes back to make history.
March 31, 200818 yr Beasley and Love will for sure, but no other freshman will. IMO. Mayo and Rose are locks to go ahead of Hansbrough as well.
March 31, 200818 yr 1) T-Will is going to test the waters. It's his junior season, and what does he have to lose? You get to do it once, take advantage of the process, work out in pro camps, and as long as you don't hire an agent (or can get a magic fax machine) and there's no harm done. There are a number of Louisville fans that think that's as far as it will go, but I'm not sure; no one can be more impressive in a workout or unstructured pickup ball than T-Will, that's when he looks like Jordan. Hopefully he's back, but I wouldn't count out the possibility that some team falls in love with him. 2) Earl might also test the waters, because barring injury next season is certainly his last, but I think he comes back as well. It's less certain in his case because he obviously is going to be drafted late first round at the worst, but everything I hear says that his family agrees he needs another year- which was obvious in the game against UNC, his body has far outstripped his game and he needs another year of serious playing time to develop. If Earl comes back next season, he gets 30-35 minutes every night at the forward positions now that Tello is gone, and he needs court time. 3) If they all come back, Louisville is a better team next season. David was the senior leader, but it was a sign of immaturity how badly they needed him on the court. Look at the game against Pitt at MSG- DC had the hot hand, was the best Louisville player out there IMO, but Pitino pulled him down the stretch because the rest of the team needed Padgett on the court. He was a safety blanket. If Williams and Earl progress like they did last year, Louisville would have talent and deep tournament experience, and Clark is starting to find his place as a leader on the team. The depth doesn't take a serious hit because the incoming class is talented, diverse and deep. They'll start: SR G Andre McGee JR G Jerry Smith SR F Terrence Wiliams JR F Earl Clark FR C Samardo Samuels and off the bench: JR G Edgar Sosa SO G Preston Knowles FR G Melquan Bolding SR G Will Scott (RS) JR G Stu Miller FR G Kyle Kuric JR F Reggie Delk (RS) FR F Jared Swopshire SO F Lee Steiden FR F George Goode (kinda RS) SO F Josh Chichester (maybe?) FR C Terrence Jennings And maybe Clarence Holloway (unlikely) or some other recruits.
