What I get mad at is that they were like make them play 2 games in one day, they're young who cares....But when asked why can't they just move back selection sunday the analysts went crazy saying you can't do that...whatever, who cares if the championship and whole tournament is pushed back 1 day..A bunch of babies.

 

I assume that when you get a job as a teacher (if you don't already have one), economics and/or logistics is not going to be the class you teach.

It wouldn't be specifically for UK. The entire SEC tourney will be effected by this. Who cares about tradition? A storm changed things, they should be able to move it back a few hours.

I could care less who wins the game tomorrow, but ya know Georiga does have a chance so I don't see who here is saying the NCAA needs to help UK. They need to help whatever team wins in the morning.

They have to set up Phillips Arena for the concert, doubt they could play an A.M. game then prepare the entire thing for a concert, I'd say the preparation for the concert is already in the works.

This isn't just UK though, it's the SEC - a pretty big player in the game. I agree it won't happen, but tradition is a weak argument to make these teams play 2 times in a day.

Money is a weaker argument, but it always wins...

I saw this concert last night in Huntington,WV, and it was awesome.

Well since UK has already beaten Georiga twice this year let's just make UK the winner, and play the semi finals as scheduled. That seems fair. :lol::lol:

Anybody know a UK fan by the name of Joey Spaulding (maybe from Frankfort)? He just did a nice long interview on CNN, outside the arena. They've been locked out of their hotel and all their stuff is inside.

The SEC is working on a deadline. The deadline isn't going to change because the weather was bad in Atlanta. I wouldn't expect any different from any other league.

 

I don't hear many problems with the final day of the Sweet 16...

Let's just flip coins to determine the winner.
