March 15, 200818 yr That is still an incredible disadvantage, especially considering it's midnight and I'd venture to guess UK and UGA are still not at their hotels. I was wondering if any of the teams' hotels were damaged? They mentioned the Omni, but I didn't know where the teams were. Either way the winner of the GA/UK game will be at a disadvantage tomorrow. There's no getting around that at this point.

CBS wants the solid lead-in for 60 minutes, which the selection show provides.

March 15, 200818 yr They could play at Phillips Arena in the AM before the concert and then play at either GT or the GaDome if it is ready. They said on SportsCenter that they were not sure if Philips was damaged or not. In that case, what is next? I think they should let UK fans have first dibs on the tickets if it goes to GT.:lol:

Moving the selection Sunday back a little but shouldn't be a huge problem IMO. Especially when circumstances like this arise.

They have to set up Phillips Arena for the concert, doubt they could play an A.M. game then prepare the entire thing for a concert, I'd say the preparation for the concert is already in the works.
