Would you know what Alex's dad name is?

Yes I do, I'm not aware of any of his family being from up north but they could be.

For CCH

DL Mitchell Wendling

OL/DL Mark Jones

RB/LB Will Torbeck

RB/DB Leo Shaeffer

QB Troy Timmerman

RB Josh Friedel(transfer from Ryle)

As much as I like Troy Timmerman, he's not playing varsity next year unless there is an injury. He needs to take the year at the JV level and continue to get better. He is still learning the qb position as I don't think he played it much before this past season. He's got the chance to be a good qb in 2009 and 2010.

Its extremely tough for a sophomore DL to play varsity against the level of competition that CCH plays. Rob Grimes is one of the best DL CCH has had in a while and while he was forced to play his SOPH year , he wasn't physically ready. He battled and did OK but its a huge challenge. With that, I really like the way the Wendling kid plays.

Do they know if Josh Friedel is transfering for sure. To add someone to this list is Alex Cosby CB. He might have a chance to play.

Josh Friedel is transferring to CCH.

As for Cosby, he has a tough road to big time PT. The to starting CBs over him will be seniors next year.

These DL can play ball period. Jones is more than likely gonna play LB(should've mentioned that). Wendling was one of the better DL in NKY this year. Jones, Torbeck, Wendling, and Schaefer dressed JV/Varsity.

I saw them play Simon Kenton last year and am surprised that Schumate is not on this list.

I am not saying that you are wrong wildcatfan but it happends all the time that people say that they are going to transfer and never do. Most of the time they just say it to fit in. But if he does transfer it will be a nice addition

For St. X

Beach

Hayden

McMurray

Bickel

Loehnert

Hall

I wouldn't be surprised if a couple other defensive players see varsity action as sophmores as well. "Corn" Jackson has the size and strength to compete at the varsity level. I think he goes about 6-1 to 6-2 and weighs around 250. Very strong kid. May not have the speed to stay at D end so he could move inside to tackle or switch to O line. There could be a couple others if they stick with football and not go full time with their primary spring sport.

Josh Ferdell happens to be a good friend of mine, I talk to him all the time about the matter and he is definately going to trasfer to CCH.

For Scott ;Kyle Jackson MLB, Jeremy Mason DT, and both of the Swinfords twins should make impacts.

I wish Josh the best with his change but I think he will look back and regret leaving Ryle. There are some very positive things going on right now.

Can you tell us anything about the reason(s) behind his decision to transfer to CCH?

Devon Johnson at Madison Southern is one to look out for. He runs a legit low 4.5 and is a good cover corner. He started at corner I believe the last 5 games of the year on an already extremeley young EAGLE team. The EAGLES should be better this year, and have more really young players on the rise.

Wow! That's sooo far away.
