LCC travels 229.6 miles to the Birds Nest

One long road to the game but probably even longer trip back to the mountains.

I talked with someone very close to the Letcher County program. He said it's been their team's goal all year to make this trip north. They accomplished that goal tonight. :thumb:

they look to me like a team. Their only loss was in the first game of the year, and they have scored nearly as many points as the Birds.

These LCC kids have acomplished a lot in only three years in existence. After two back to back 4-6 seasons these kids are 11-1. Instead of knocking them and stating how bad you're gonna beat them---why not show a little class and be happy for BOTH teams and their success. Highlands didn't get to where they are in a year or two. Let's be proud of all our kids who are going to the third round. But then--be a butt if that is your desire. I chose to congradulate both LCC and Highlands on great years.
