October 26, 200718 yr I've not seen a single thing on Uconn basketball this season........If you want to look into last season I'm sure there's lots of things you can dig up........I don't for a second think you were talking about basketball. A lot of ESPN's columnists are based all over the country and rarely, if ever set foot in Bristol. There is no East Coast bias. Wow. If you believe that, I've got a horsefarm for you to buy. That is if you can outbid Belichick for it. He is planning on succeeding Brooks.
October 26, 200718 yr This stuff goes on every year, but now that a UK player is in consideration, it's a travesty... Travesty is such a big word and way too dramatic for this topic.
October 26, 200718 yr Not when you see the way some UK fans act when someone else questions Dre's Heisman chances...
October 26, 200718 yr Author Travesty is such a big word and way too dramatic for this topic. Page 4 in 2 hours. Travesty's quite often get a lot less run on here...
October 26, 200718 yr Not when you see the way some UK fans act when someone else questions Dre's Heisman chances... That was fast to your partner defense. Backup I guess is needed when you are so wrong.

A lot of ESPN's columnists are based all over the country and rarely, if ever set foot in Bristol. There is no East Coast bias. Of course I was talking basketball. They are always on ESPN's Big East basketball coverage. If you don't think ESPN has an east coast bias, then you're drinking the Stuart Scott kool-aid. It has been a constant criticism of the World Wide Leader for years.
October 26, 200718 yr Not when you see the way some UK fans act when someone else questions Dre's Heisman chances... What do you expect man? Of course they're going to be overprotective of their favorite team's quarterback. Having a winning record hasn't come easily to UK for a while, and now Heisman talk will definitely get them excited. A little bias is to be expected. I don't understand why it bothers you that much.
October 26, 200718 yr Woodson had 4 below average quarters against USC... But he also made a lot of good plays in that game as well. Yes he did have 3 turnovers, but he did some really good things. Matt Ryan had an awful first 3 quarters.
October 26, 200718 yr Author But he also made a lot of good plays in that game as well. Yes he did have 3 turnovers, but he did some really good things. Matt Ryan had an awful first 3 quarters. If that makes you feel better, run with it...
October 26, 200718 yr Not when you see the way some UK fans act when someone else questions Dre's Heisman chances... I think it would be absolutely crazy at this point to say Woodson is not still in the race. There are probably 6 or 7 guys who are still in it.
October 26, 200718 yr Stange coincidence that you only decided it was basketball when you were called on it. You just said that the Big East coverage was focused on Uconn, who just to be clear, is leading and undefeated in the Big East. As for the rest, you failed to answer why they shouldn't be lead stories......Still waiting...........Your argument...........Didn't think so......

It bothers me because they constantly ignore LEGITIMATE arguments that point out obvious flaws in their posts...If they can post biased and uninformed information, I can call them out.
