Always one to quote the facts.

How about we discuss the 8th Region and not each other.

Number (stats) were irrelevant on last season's team. Everyone says Edmondson and Perkins carried the Cats. Someone correct me if i'm wrong, but I think those 2 combined for 27 points a game.

Someone else did an awful lot of scoring.

Team work carried last years team. If the upcoming team can play with the same focus on playing as a team they will be a very good team. They have 7 players that could score in double figures on any night, if these same players don't accept some single digit games ( i.e. Edmondson and Perkins last year ) they won't have the same success.

  What about Courtney Anderson? Will he be a wildcat this year?

IMO

My understanding is that he is currently not attending Gallatin County High School but is still enrolled at his other school...

So my guess would be no at this time.

Most of the 7 players they are talking about here have played together for 5 years or more. They are not a selfish bunch, IMO. I think coach Jones will take care of any ego issues that this team may encounter. I imagine that you will see there starting 5 average double digits scoring by seasons end.

I thought Gallatin was a more complete team without Edmondson last year, and I thought the player that stood out with the most talent was Maddox and he is back with alot of help this year. So I belive they are the faviorte in the all a this year and have the abitlity to make some noise in the 8th. And you all know me and for me to say that about Gallatin it must be true.

As for Walton they will be fast and they will shoot alot if they are on they could pull some upsets this year. But don't look for to much from them this year.

I will agree that Gallatin will probably be the favorite in the 8th for the All A.

As for Walton....they will be #2 or 3 in their district again this year much like the last few years. Coach Bennett just hasn't had that much to work with over the past 3-4 years.
