Just heard that Owen Co. is killing Gallatin Co. at Gallatin Co. might have to rethink my predictions.

Top 3 teams in the upper bracket? (maybe) I know that Trimble Co. beat Eminence. I'll take Carroll Co. or Trimble Co. out of the lower. Could be the most even bottom to top that we have seen in years. Being at Williamstown and with Williamstown being down, it is a true neutral site. I'll go out on a small limb and say that the winner of the first round game between Gallatin Co. and Owen Co. will be the winner as was last year. This time it will be Gallatin Co.

I would like to see the district winners host a first round game. Then the final 4 and finals at Henry.

Bottom bracket looks wide open.

The first half was the worst that I have seen a Gallatin County team play in a long time. They did not play team ball and at one time all 5 regular starters found a seat on the bench for their efforts. Grant County came to win and played hard. Good luck to both teams.

The final score is a little mis-leading. The game was a 10 - 12 point game for most of the game. Eminence came to play. Good luck to Gallatin County at the state tourney.

Coach Jones is a tough guy to beat in the Class A, yet alone three times in one season. Hats off to Gallatin and to a former Gallatin coach, Coach Nethery (not sure on spelling) for leading the Eminence Warriors to the finals as well.
