I'm sure the response will be a little more detailed. It doesn't matter other than the fact that stranger things have happened. After watching both teams play, SK will win 9 out of 10 games with highlands. And after hearing today on the grapevine that Crane is healthy and ready to play the rest of the year, all the more reason to think that SK will win this game. If they don't, I will eat the same crow.

I think what confuses me is the fact that you fully expect SK to beat HHS but if HHS wins no biggie since its Highlands and HHS is suppose to win. Your comments is clearly what separates the HHS faithful and the rest. HHS expects to win every game and if they dont its simply not acceptable at any level. :thumb:

No, you are not right at all. What I said is that I fully expect them to win, and if by chance they lose I will be man enough to admit I was wrong. There is nothing wrong with wanting your team to win every game, you are just trying to start stuff where there is no need. Well if Highlands wins I still will not call them the best freshman team in Northern Kentucky because they are not. I would admit that I was wrong and that Highlands won the game, however, Simon Kenton will win this game because SK will not take them lightly or overlook them. If they overlook them than I will give all the credit to Highlands and their players. What is your reasoning for stating that SK will lose to a team that has already been beat by Ryle and Campbell, who SK handled fairly easily. What will be your response if Highlands loses?

It's pretty obvious that SK has consistently played at a higher level than everyone else this year. That's impressive for all involved that they can keep young kids playing that well week in week out.

I agree SK beat Ryle. I wouldnt say fairly easy, I dont think you were at the same game I was. The score was 18-14 with just over 2 minutes to play (Ryle got the ball back and went 4 out and out, SK only had to go 9 yards for their last score). I am not sure of the CC game but I heard it wasnt a cakewalk. I like all 4 teams but the way I see it is. SK, Ryle, CC and Highlands. If only we could have a 4 team playoff.
