August 15, 200719 yr Anything but Delta --- they only connect through Atlanta. :irked: US Airways connects through Charlotte, and it's a much better experience.
August 16, 200719 yr Delta... but, in NKY you have very few other options except to drive half way to your destination and fly the rest.
August 16, 200719 yr I fly whatever is cheapest if I'm paying for it. I prefer to fly on real airplanes and not some of these commuter puddle jumpers.
August 17, 200719 yr I really loved my Frontier flight from Denver to Louisville. Roomiest plan and most pleasant flight I have had in years.
August 17, 200719 yr I really loved my Frontier flight from Denver to Louisville. Roomiest plan and most pleasant flight I have had in years. I've mostly flown Delta and Southwest. I missed a plane in a blizzard this year on a layover in Detroit going to Denver. I talked them into switching arilines and they put me on Frontier. I got on the plane and was shocked when I saw a picture of an Otter on the wing! I thought I was probably going to die. It was the best flight I've ever taken. I've only flown it once but I would recommend Frontier to anybody judging from that flight. T.V.'s built into the headrest in front of you etc.
August 17, 200719 yr I really loved my Frontier flight from Denver to Louisville. Roomiest plan and most pleasant flight I have had in years. Speaking about room. Are airplane seats designed for small people? I'm not really big at all (6'1,220) and I had issue fitting in those seats. plus on 3 of the 4 flights I was on , I was in a seat that could not recline because the emergency door was in the aisle behind me. Plus every person in front of me insisted on reclining to the full extent. Sitting on the aisle helped until the drink cart crushed my knee:creepy: Just take out a row or two and gve everyone a little bit of space!
August 17, 200719 yr T.V.'s built into the headrest in front of you etc. That's the case in most newer planes, specifcally the 777 and 757 by Boeing.

If you take out two rows....you are looking at about $1,000 a flight in revenue multiplied by about 6 flights a day per plane, $6,000 multiplied by about 200 planes in service / day - $120,000 / in revenue...it AIN't HAPPENING.
August 17, 200719 yr Anything but Delta --- they only connect through Atlanta. :irked: US Airways connects through Charlotte, and it's a much better experience. Not true....NKY's airport is a hub for Delta, and I do most of my layovers there.
August 17, 200719 yr I personally fly Delta almost all the time. We're on their Sky Miles program, so that's another reason we go with them. I've flown US Air before, but didn't care for it.
August 17, 200719 yr Southwest for me, no contest...I have a nonstop round-trip ticket to Las Vegas for $200 in a couple months... No doubt Southwest is the most affordable. But there method of "first come, first serve" for seating can get ugly sometimes.
August 17, 200719 yr Not true....NKY's airport is a hub for Delta, and I do most of my layovers there. I live in Florida. Down here, when you die you have a two-hour layover in the ATL. I'll take Charlotte as a hub over Atlanta any day.
August 20, 200719 yr Not true....NKY's airport is a hub for Delta, and I do most of my layovers there. They've trimmed so much fat from the CVG schedule, sometimes it's tough to find a good connection via CVG unless you are going to a major market.
