How many times have you just been in awe of that guy? I can remember a dozen or so times, where you're just like, woooaaahhh, this dudes amazing.

Anybody happen to hear Chris and George in the 4th inning when Dunn missed 3rd base. They couldn't for the life of them figure out why Griffey's run didn't count when Dunn missed 3rd base. They had no clue.

I'm out of town. What was the situation?

Griffey, hadn't crossed home yet, when Dunn missed 3rd, as he was rounding to score from 2nd.

On appeal, Dunn was ruled out and 8-10 minute discussion, by Coach M and they couldn't understand, what the discussion could be about. Then as the HP Ump, was leaving the Pirates dugout and fell flat on his face, someone must have relayed the message.

Good win for the Reds, after some very poor base-running, the entire game.

Was Dunn forced to 3rd? If not, the run would count as this is an appeal. The 3rd out is not considered to have taken place until the appeal is affirmed by Blue.

If Dunn was forced from 2nd to 3rd, the run would not count .

BP's play was absolutely awesome! I doubt there are many guys who could make the throw based on the shear physics, let along to win the game.

Hopefully it will light a fire, I bet a lot of teams in the Reds' situation would have let that runner score and not have tried.

The bases were loaded, so yes Dunn was forced to 3rd, and with Dunn missing 3rd it was a simple force out. Edwin E. lost his base hit, and potential two RBI's. George and Chrissy simply couldn't figure it out. It's amazng that two guys that have been around baseball for the better part of their lifes, and this play just seemed to baffle them.

Gotcha. Correct call by blue.

Great win for the Reds, even more fantastic play by BP. He bare handed it and threw him out.

Not a great game for Dunn last night. I think he had 3 walks and it was still the worst game I've ever seen him play.

Did he miss a ball last night? I looked up and saw 'crack and elbows' as he was chasing a slow rolling ball to the wall...

Two bad defensive plays in the same inning that cost them a run, then missing 3rd on the base hit. It's not good when you're in a bar and you hear "I think he went to happy hour", "He's more drunk than we are", and "Did he bet the Pirates" all in the same hour.

Would somebody let Griffey know he's not 20 any more and the ball isn't flying out like it used to.

He really has been driving me nuts lately on the bases. How is he not on 2nd on his blooper in the 9th? Gonzo goes 1st to home and the throw goes home and Griffey is standing on 1st. BP ropes a double and Griffey gets stranded on 3rd. He's driving me crazy.

If he goes to 2nd and gets thrown out before Gonzo scores for the 3rd out (wasn't it), would you have been happy?

The part I bolded is also probably the same reason why he was not on second...
