August 31, 200719 yr Said I wouldn't post but I have to about this. Gonzo went from 1st to HOME on Griff's hit and it's ok that he only ended up on 1st? I mean we won so it's all good but he would have scored on the next play and been a nice insurance run.

Gonzo was running on the pitch so he was pretty much at 2nd by the time the ball came of Griffey's bat. With Gonzo already running at full speed it was pretty easy for him to score. I don't know if any of you all have noticed or not, but Griffey is 37 years old, he has a history of bad legs. He simply doesn't run as fast as he used to. I have no problem with Griffey Jr. staying at 1st.

September 1, 200719 yr How the heck did he get an ITPHR? He's so slow... Hit one down the left field line Duncan jumped up to try and make the catch and the ball hit off the wall Duncan fell down and the ball rolled toward centerfield. Wasn't even a play at the plate.
