Man sues for $65 Million over a pair of pants

Featured Replies

This is probably the most ridiculous thing I have ever read.

Lawsuit

I read this story the other day on a different news site. It made me sick. To top it off the man sueing is a judge. If anyone wants to research what is wrong with the country this story would be a good place to start.

That is infuriating to me.

This guy is a judge. Just shows what a little power can do to some people. I say you can't disbar him fast enough.

You've got to be kidding me...What a tool.

This judge is a joke... :madman:

This judge is an idiot. This reminds me of the man who sued, I believe sony, because his laptop burnt him because he let it set on his lap for too long. Even worse than that, the woman who sued McDonalds because she spilt a coffee on herself that she bought from them and it burnt her. Who could imagine.

This isn't the judge that handled the custody case for Anna Nicole Smith's baby is it?:sssh:

This is what is wrong with our country...litigation for proven personal injury is one thing..but this is ridiculous!!! He deserves to have his zipper fused shut on his next pair!!!!

And we wonder what is wrong with the system

He must have been a Clinton appointee.

This guy is a real jerk. He tried to get spousal support in his divorce a couple of years ago. This is from his divorce appeal:

The trial court found that husband was substantially responsible for “excessive driving up” of the legal costs by “threatening both wife and her lawyer with disbarment [sic],” and creating unnecessary litigation. Consequently, it awarded wife $12,000 in legal fees to be paid by husband.

Credible evidence supports the trial court’s ruling.
