I was going to make it down for this one but the fuel price will keep me home.

If Holmes is getting 5 players I seriously doubt that that Whatley is one of them. The other four maybe, but Thomas Benton will be in this game before Whatley IMO.

May want to "rub" Jefferson from Holmes off of the East roster... kind of tied up next week

Only a few more days away. I can't decide if I like these games because it's sentimental seeing these guys play one last time, or if I'm so starved for football this time of year I'd watch about any type of football (well, except Arena football)...

dayton is sending David Foster, Nathan Dilts, and Chris Hightchew...

Scott

Prince Holt

Tim Jackson

Ryan Kelly

Micheal Linger

At the beginning of last season in the KY Post preview on Scott, they talked about a LB that was having interest shown in him by Illinois.

Who is he and where is he going if anywhere?

It was Ryan Kelly. I'm unsure of his post graduate plans...

What kind of match up do you see this game being. Im not sure of the east roster but the west has some good players on it.I mean with elbert as QB(1700) PLUS yds in the regular season with some very good recievers to throw to and Gray,Bishop and Haught running the ball and a very good defense why could'nt this be one of the better allstar games. WHAT DO YOU THINK.

I think the East will totally dominate the game....

To highlands fans, is Jordan Kramer playing?

No. He broke his hand during the Monday practice.:irked:

I'll predict a low scoring game. The defense is usually way ahead of the rushing offense in these games. The pass is the way to score but even there it takes a mobile QB and several receivers who can run and catch. Last year the East had all that and more and the West could not move the ball. This year I don't see a lot of points being put up by either team but I'll take the East in a low scoring game.

Sorry to hear about Jordon Kramer. He alone is worth the price of admission.

My question is this, what kind of drill was he involved in when he got hurt? If its me, I let the lineman hit each other and skilled guys run drills, condition but light if any contact. This is too bad.

Hand got caught between helmets after catching a pass. Freak accident, but those happen.

Even though my son will be playing for the west and I will be cheering very loud for them to win I was also looking forward to watching jordan play. I have never had a chance to see him play but know of his abilities as a running back. What a loss for the allstar game as a whole. With that being said I still hope its one of the better games. I think there is alot of talent in this game on both sides of the ball. GOOD LUCK AND CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE SENIORS PLAYING. YOU ARE THE BEST:thumb:
