I think that UK should give a hard look to Billy D. Hes a good coach but i will just have to keep dreaming, he wont leave UF.

According to sources, Marquette coach Tom Crean, Michigan State's Tom Izzo, Memphis coach John Calipari, Gonzaga's Mark Few and Notre Dame's Mike Brey are expected to be candidates for what is one of the few premier jobs in men's college basketball.

Izzo would be my top choice among those listed.

I would say that John Calipari would be my top choice because he is the best recruiter of the bunch.

Just a hunch from gathering information over the last few hours. He is already hated by UL and UT fans, he is as good as it gets at recruiting and he wants out of CUSA. It all adds up right now IMO...

UMass has this * next to their Final Four run, and there's been a lot of tongue wagging about his tenure down in Memphis. Calipari would put UK back in the NCAA crosshairs.

He can be as shady as it gets, and he's trouble waiting to happen. But he is a fantastic recruiter and a solid game coach. It would be flirting hard with another stint on probation, but is the most likely choice to turn it around quick...
