Do you think it's possible for UK to lure Matta away from OSU? I would venture to say his big stud will be leaving after this year.

He would likely bring the #3 player and best PG along with a 4 star SF along with him... ;)

At what cost 4-5 years down the road?

He can be as shady as it gets, and he's trouble waiting to happen. But he is a fantastic recruiter and a solid game coach. It would be flirting hard with another stint on probation, but is the most likely choice to turn it around quick...
GT's rooting for it, because UK going down in probation flames would mean he'd never have to think up another segment topic again...

I mean it. Calipari would burn UK to the ground.

Maybe if he's at a big time school like UK he won't need to play dirty to get good players?

IF you ain't cheatin you aint tryin :D

Memphis St. is more big time than UK at this point. Turn on the TV tonight for proof... ;)

That's just NOT how it works any more.

Just the opposite. He would feel more pressure.

Well, I am pretty upset by the news. UK will have to do something to really get me back. As far as replacements for Tubby, my wish would be this: Bring Pat Riley in for 1 maybe 2 years, he hires Travis Ford as his #1 Asst. and Ford takes over in a couple years.

I know this won't happen, but I do believe the program needs to do something that will attract players (quickly) Anyway, my 2 cents.

GOOD LUCK TUBBY!!

He's a God to Memphis fans... and he's never taken them past the Elite Eight.

See Joe B. Hall to Eddie Sutton transition... ;)
