As far as second round either team gets beat by at least 20 by the Jayhawks.:walk:

I really agree only maybe not by that margin. I somehow just keep remembering all the times that I have picked Kansas a lot further out and they fold in the tourney to ruin my bracket. That 2nd round may just be an upset special.

How do you all think UK will find a way to lose this one...I say they are up 4 with 2 seconds to go, they have the ball (but with no timeouts).....they call a time (get a techinical), and when the whistle blows, Joe Crawfords throws the ball into the crowd in joy thinking the game is over....thus getting another technical...'Nova hits all four FT's...and then an 80 footer at the buzzer to win.

 

 

I'm gonna go with the "phantom Technical" on Tubby, with the game tied with a minute to go, Bradley shoots one of his bad shots at the right horrible time and the glare from OTS face scares the refs and we have another John Brady incedent. Nova hit's the technicals and another genius substitution move we put in Dwight Perry to set a pick off the inbound for the Eskimo who's 30 foot shot falls just underneath the net. Nova wins and the rest as they say...is history.:banana:

This is a different Kansas team, than the ones in the past. Different players, different coach. Not to mention they are hot right now.

Well everybody was picking UAB to beat us last year in the first round, and we pulled it off. So heres hoping we do it again!!! I not happy about Kansas being next if we win, but I wont talk about that yet, because we got to get past Villanova first...

I will say this, if we can find away to get past this first weekend of the tournament, I really like are chances to getting to that final four. However getting past this first weekend will be VERY TOUGH...

If Uk can handle Villanova's 3\4 trapping defense they will pull this one out.

So if UK loses... will there be 50 threads on the game and how UK shoulda,coulda,woulda/Fire tubby...

I feel if the cats get past Nova that the presure is all on Kansas. The cats have nothing to lose the rest of the way.
