February 20, 200719 yr All I found was a few box scores from this season. 2 from February. He didn't crack 20 in those 3 games. Basing a kids worth by his box scores is rediculous. Wayne Turner averaged 40 pts a game in HS, didn't help him in college as far as I could tell. As far as 6'7" being too small, since when?

I'm basing my thoughts on Tubby's recent recruiting trends. Maybe he'll end up in the top 150, hopefully he'll end up in the top 50.

February 20, 200719 yr My question is, what is the rush? He or 20 others like him will be available this time next year. I just don't understand why you would use a scholarship on a kid who isn't on anyone elses radar, outside of X, this early. Unless you think this is the best your gonna get. Patterson wasn't really on anyones radar until his success at last summers camps. He was considered a good play last year but hardly a 5 star elite player.

February 20, 200719 yr Williams and Porter were early..... this is terrible. I like Porter. He is a solid PG. The Freshman class this year, I think, have been very impressive.
February 20, 200719 yr Eric Hicks was a 3 star and he stunk... Not to mention 6'6" Also how tall was Chuck Hayes. Seems to me that he did pretty well at the 4.
