OK so he's recruited 2 guys who were NBA draft picks, 3 who were NBA draft picks out of high school and then weren't............................... 10 years....... No opinions, but you can guess my opinion of that situation. Why would NBA talent want to play for Tubby? Prince, Bogans, and Rondo...thats 3. Morris would have been taken if he would have waited, Azubuike would most likely have gone had he played his Senior year. Although Tubby didn't recruit Magloire he did coach him for 3 years of his career and he went in the first round.
February 21, 200719 yr Parker, Stone, Morris. Morris was a lottery pick, Stone was the number 1 rated player in the country, and Parker was a lottery pick. Had they skipped college they all would have been drafted in the first round. The recruiting experts are college guys and have nothing to do with the NBA draft projections, but all 3 of those guys would have gotton drafted in the 1st. We've been given 3 first round draft picks and produced 2 (who happened not to be the same guys). They would have all been drafted in the first round then playing in Europe by their 2nd year.
