Harbaugh will be hired as soon as he decides to go back to work.

Depending on how the Steelers do this weekend. There is a small chance still that the AFC north has 3 new head coaches next year. If the Steelers lose this week, that would mean they still have not won a playoff game in 11 years. So while Steeler fans may have been happy to win last week, if they once again go one and done. It won’t be a good thing for Tomlin and possibly both parties agree to move on. Which Tomlin like Harbaugh would be one of the top coaches available then.

Plus Schwartz may not want to stay if he gets passed over for the job. While the owner has said he wants him to stay, he also didn’t say he would be back. Just that he wants him to stay. If Schwartz as to leave, they most likely will let him. 

Browns already had a press conference according to NFL network Schwartz will still be the DC. They plan to hire an offense coach as a Head coach.

Quite honestly he is someone I would love to be the Bengals DC. I would love to see the Bengals get a great proven DC, who has failed as HC. As we have seen with Sprags in Kansas City, those great DC's who failed as HC's stay and don't get taken by other teams. I would love to see that for the Bengals. Morris and Jim Schwartz who may be available now with the Browns firing the head coach, would be two guys I think would be homerun hires as a DC for the Bengals, and wouldn't really have to worry about losing them either IMO.

I don't think Jim is going anywhere lol. John went to school at Miami and coached at UC. An 18 year HC doesn't want to be a coordinator. At 63, he's probably had enough fun and made plenty of money.

That is not be reported anywhere else, and no articles online say that. In fact articles online even from today seem to suggest he will end up elsewhere, unless he becomes the new head coach.

The Commanders have moved on from both coordinator's as the team and offensive coordinator agreed to part ways and as expected the team fired defensive coordinator Joe Whitt Jr.

Also as expected the Detroit Lions fired after just one season offfensive coordinator John Morton.

I saw reported last night on The Athletic that a couple of teams that were leaning toward keeping their head coach might be changing their minds since Baltimore fired Harbaugh. Could definitely be a chain reaction.
