Late this evening the LA Chargers and Jim Harbaugh have hired fired Miami Dolphins Coach Mike McDaniel to be the teams new offensive coordinator. 

 Bills have asked for permission to interview Brian Daboll. Also they have asked to interview Lou Anarumo and Anthony Lynn as well.

McDaniel and Harbaugh...the need an NFL pre season series the "Odd Couple".

In a strange bit of news it has been reported that the Bills interviewed Phillip Rivers for its head coaching job.

I would like to see Anarumo get a chance somewhere. I can see him being a better fit as a head coach than a DC.

Green Bay Packers are hiring Jonathan Gannon as their new DC to replace Jeff Hafley. Gannon was fired by the Arizona Cardinals this season.

It is being reported that the Browns are hiring Ravens Offensive Coordinator Todd Monken.

And Jim Schwartz is not happy. He reportedly said his goodbyes when he was told he didn't get the HC job.

I laughed at first, but them I read an article that said this was done in part to see what the NFL hiring process was like and to help prepare Rivers if he decides to try coaching professionally in the future.

Not all coaches but still a weird 2026.
