Unless you are referring to a different release then what is posted above, I don't see it.

Teams that have the best players win.  As long as talent keeps showing up at Cooper they will be good.  Oh, same thing on the girls side.  If you have the best players just roll any old side of beef onto the sidelines and you will be fine.

I couldn’t disagree with this more. Coaching matters. Chemistry matters. Getting a team to buy in matters. Work ethic matters. Talent only gets you so far. And when you have a lot of talent, that presents its own challenges.

Agree to disagree.  Are you of the belief that any of the let's say top 30 teams this past season would not have been as good if you had the coaches of the worst 30 teams?

Yes. Cooper girls do not win 4 straight regional championships without Coach Holthaus. Talent wins but building a program to win consistently takes good coaching.

I don't entirely agree, but I also don't think you're all that wrong either. You absolutely cannot win without talent/good players. But the difference when two talented teams play is often coaching.

I don't know. In high school specifically, I think the team with the most talent wins nine times out of ten, regardless of the other things.
