Once Tom Bolden left for Lakota West the program went into a nose dive. There was a reason perineal cellar dweller LaSalle won those state titles and Winton Woods has been on a tear.

That one loss would have been to the tournament champion that went undefeated.

Does anyone know who's in this years edition of the Battle for Carter County 7on7/Lineman Challenge?

Is that Cal vs. Stanford or Belfry vs. Johnson Central?

BG and CAL threw on Thursday—lots of talented kids on the field. 

Went to the Atherton 7v7 event at Jeffersonville High School in Indiana this morning.  Could only stay for a few rounds, but was great to see the season getting going.  16 teams competing and I think a Big Man Challenge as well.  Lot of nice athletes getting reps.  Hard to know which athlete is which athlete though as no number or identifiers really.

But I will say this is the first time I've been to Jeffersonville High School and their facilities are recently upgraded and it is a beautiful campus.  Very well done!

Your timeline is off.  LaSalle won titles in 14, 15, 16, and again in 19 (Bolden's first season at Lakota West.)  LaSalle was always fairly decent, even before the titles, I wouldn't call them cellar dwellars. Colerain and LaSalle also are different divisions.  It took LaSalle dropping to D2 for them to really take off. Colerain's program was going to nosedive, that's why Bolden left.  He saw the writing on the wall, plus a big ol pay raise.  Winton Woods has arguably been the biggest disappointment in the Cincy area with the exception of their 21 D2 title, as they have arguably the most D1 collegiate talent every single year.  

Any teams going to Moreheads 7 on 7 July 16th? Hazard will be there.

CAL scheduled for 7v7 at LCA on Tuesday & at St. X on Thursday of this week.  I’m not sure of any other teams scheduled to be there or not.
