The Texans and CJ Stroud come to Cincy to take on the Bengals. The Texans had one of the best come from behind wins over the Bucs with Stroud marching them down the field with only :46 seconds for the win. The Bengals had a nice win over the Bills on Sunday night. They looked really good on offense for the first quarter and half of the second quarter. This is an important game (They all are really after losing 2 of their first 3) they cannot let this be a type of a trap game after the Bills win and be looking forward to the big game on November 16th on Thursday night football vs. the Ravens. Let's take care of business as we should at home over the Texans. Then we can focus on the Ravens in prime time. The game is on Sunday at 1:00pm and is on CBS. Go Bengals! WHO DEY!!

I think the Bengals can win this. Defense needs to be on its A game, if not it could be a shootout type of game.

Not the winning score, but he was the emergency kicker after the normal kicker got hurt earlier in the game.

I'd be shocked if the Bengals don't win this game.

I love when players are forced to play different positions in sports. I am here for it. Give me a right fielder having to go to the mound all day.

I have no idea. I get they are typically the holder, but it seems that job could be given to someone else.

This is one of the reasons I am in favor of an expanded game day roster and one of those positions would be a punter/kicker/holder superman jack of all trades.   Another would be for a third QB.  

With that said, I was watching red zone with the RB put the FG through the goal posts, lol. 

But like bug said, if the NFL wants to keep running non-professionals out there in professional games I am all about it, lol. 

I loved when Chad Johnson kicked for the Bengals.

These dudes are supreme athletes and probably many of them kicked when they were in high school because they were capable enough.

The college trend is that field goal kickers have a soccer background and punters are coming from Australia with rugby or Australia rules football experience.

I know everyone is high on Stroud after his big game last week, but it was just the week before when he looked very pedestrian against the Panthers. He's certainly been the best rookie QB this year and has a bright future, but in this game, I don't think he is coming anywhere close to what he did last week.

Give me the Bengals.   They seem to be putting it all together right now.

I’m taking the Bengals comfortably. The defense takes their job serious, and as was said earlier, two weeks ago Stroud was being questioned for his ability.
