I just want to say in my humble opinion everyone wants to talk about what Deion has done at Colorado, while it is. Wry impressive I think what Brohm has done at Louisville this year is just as impressive if not more.  

Huge win for the Cards!!! Great night to be a Cardinals fan and the atmosphere was awesome! Glad I was part of the three votes for them to win.

Agree with you 100%. Brohm has done amazingly and obviously shows how far they have come already.

While I appreciate your enthusiasm, I disagree.  Everyone expected Brohm to do well at Louisville, folks were excited.   Louisville was 8-5 last year, Colorado was 1-11.  Brohm has done what I expected him to do, although quicker than I expected.

I expected things to become well. Did I think they would be 6-0 at this point before the season began, no. But I agree, things are off to an overall better start than I expected. I’ll gladly take it though.

Louisville will benefit from a weak ACC schedule this year but this was a big statement win for them.  Brohm has the Cards ahead of schedule and on the path to the ACC title game.  Also in the running for a NY6 bowl if they beat Kentucky, which I think they'll do this year because of the Cats woeful passing game.

Not sure what Freeman was thinking going for it on 4th & 11.  I want him to succeed at Notre Dame but he's had lots of issues.  Blew the bowl game against Oklahoma State, had 10 men on the field twice vs. Ohio State, awful losses last year to Marshall and Stanford, etc.  Only good win of his tenure so far was vs. Clemson last year.  Running out of chances in my book.  Just unfortunate to see the Irish eliminated from the playoff in the first 6 games of the season.

As the afternoon progressed, I had more and more confidence Louisville would win the game, and comfortably so. The vibe was different at Cardinal Stadium last night, everyone was locked in and knew what the game meant. Even when we went down 10-7, I never doubted that we would win. It was fun. 

Sam Hartman’s Louisville nightmare continues. 10 turnovers in his last 6 quarters here.

Four of Louisville’s last seven games are against teams that were ranked this week…
