LCA's district is only a little better. If O Cath beats John Hardin in that last game, they are almost certainly #1.

Playing out so far in Ocath’s favor.  Mayfield or LCA would play each other, then Beechwood just to get to final.

Looking like Mayfield might be able to steal home field from LCA for 3rd round game by the end of the season. They’re gonna need it. I don’t know which one will be a better win according to RPI, LCA over Raceland or Mayfield over Christian County

Stars are aligning for O’Cath. Imagine the Aces finishing the season 15-0. Would be the first time in school history I believe.

I wonder if Beechwood would of played a team from Kentucky vs. Ohio early in the season where would the numbers fall for them then.  

It’s also too bad Beechwood didn’t beat Cov Cath to help boost their RPI, they had the opportunity to do so, but ran out of gas playing so many players both ways.

If it was down to the final four of 2A and the games were this week with OCath, LCA, Mayfield, and Beechwood, what would the matchups look like or is that even possible?

LCA is the real deal this season and regardless of what RPI shows they should be #1.

Beechwood would be traveling to either Mayfield or LCA (whoever wins that 3rd round matchup) and whoever is the other team left from the east would be traveling to OCath. Kinda sad they can’t all make the final four.

LCA is the team to beat even though they have a very tough road.

Hopefully the whole town would support any high school in Owensboro that makes it to the finals!!
