Me too. Saw them at Thompson-Bowling in Knoxville with Bachmann Turner Overdrive as the opening act. Festival seating was controlled chaos. 

While Van Halen was my first official concert, I saw a TON of country acts as a kid at Tombstone Junction near Cumberland Falls in the late 70's to early 80's.

My dad.  He was a member of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra.  I grew up at concerts all the time.

Steve Miller Band at Riverfront 2002ish. Was a great time!
