Yellow Mustard.  I choose that often even when Ketchup is readily available.

9 times out of 10 I just eat my fries with salt anyway. Melted cheese is a good option sometimes, but I couldn't do that all the time. And no nacho cheese...that just makes them soggy. Mayo isn'

Agree and generally speaking I go through more mustard at home than ketchup.

Canes sauce would be my first choice. Then some type of buffalo/hot sauce.

Had In-N-Out Burger for the first time this summer, and while the burgers were nothing extraordinary, the sauce w/fries was really good.

I had the opposite opinion.  Their burgers are about as good as I've had for a fast food chain.  Their fries are garbage.  Making them animal style didn't help at all.

Chick-fil-A sauce.

Chick-fil-A sauce is also my go to when doctoring up my baked beans.

I'm with you.  I love their burgers, and I wasn't a big fan of their fries.  Overall I think the chain is over-rated, but I do get a burger whenever I'm out west.

Another out west chain that doesn't seem to get talked about much is Habit Burger Grill.  To me it is the best of both worlds.  Solid burgers and solid fries.  For me their burger is about equal to In and Out and they have more options.

I would dip my fries in bbq sauce. A lot of times I eat the fries just salted.

BBQ sauce works on almost everything.

Ah yes, french fries with white gravy, also known as "the Diet Plate."  ?
