I thought about bbq sauce, though a lot of those are simply offshoots of ketchup. I'm not looking for a vinegar based bbq sauce.

My next reaction was to simply smash them in with a cheeseburger; but, most burgers I consume have ketchup. First world problems.

I believe a simple coating of kosher salt will do the trick. ?

    Mayo isn't bad on fries. Neither is tarter sauce or Cane's sauce.

    I've always been curious to try Pommes Frites Sauce/French Fry Sauce but never have. Maybe I'll have to pick up a bottle of it next time I see it at the store. There are a bunch of brands that make it. I have no idea what it tastes like, but from appearances they look to be some kind of combination of mayo, mustard, and ketchup. (Kinda like Cane's sauce.)

    Chili & cheese

    Garlic and season salt

    Bennett's Rowdy BBQ sauce

    Beer cheese

    Worcestershire  sauce. Excellent  on crispy fries.

    Of course!  Pretty much anything is good with fries only unlike many of you I won't put any extra salt on them.

    I can honestly say, I don't think I've ever salted anything.  I don't even like salting my driveway in the winter months.

    Give me a bottle of honey and I'm good.  I'll eat honey on almost anything. It's really good on fries.
