Station tries to sew up second straight district title against revitalized Indians

Records: Bryan Station (10-1), Madison Central (8-3)

BGP Ranking: Bryan Station (#6 in 6A), Madison Central (unranked in 6A)

Series History: Station leads 13-10 all-time

Table Setter: Station and Central blasted their way through the first round against GRC and Oldham County, respectively. The Defenders' 45-0 rout of GRC proved their first encounter was merely a mirage, while the Indians turned Oldham County over five times and surprised the Colonels in a 42-9 beating with a passing game that was completely absent in the first meeting.

Station quarterback Trenton Cutwright helped shred the Madison Central secondary on October 24th in Richmond, including a 78 yard catch and run hookup with Javeon Hurt in the final minutes to put the Defenders up by eight, setting what would be the final margin. The 21-13 win sealed up home field for the Defenders in the district rounds, which brings the Indians to Lexington this time. Station is riding a ten game win streak, marking the second straight year they've accomplished that feat. 

Both teams have plenty of offensive weapons - MC sophomore Brady Hensley is a name to remember - so a big play here or there - like in the first meeting - could decide this clash of ranked teams with two of the top 5 scoring defenses in 6A.

I think he meant back to Back 10 win seasons since 92-93.
