Did you attend the championship games? (Despite the class or your teams absence.)

Featured Replies

I was able to attend two of the four games and, despite the KHSAA, what a great time.

Congrats to all the champions and runners-up on a great seasons.

Clear your calendars for next years championship games.

Despite all the politics in the KHSAA, private vs. public, number of kids at your school vs. the number at my school in the same class, and lack of large media coverage, it is still high school young men of the same age group buckling it on and playing football.

Thanks to all these young men for playing, participating, and giving it their all. All the teams seemed to represent themselves as winners in all aspects.

I will be there to support you all again next year.

GREAT SEASON! :dancingpa

Attended w/great pleasure yesterday to cheer the locals (NCC/CCH) to victory!!

I saw all four games and they were all enjoyable. I was wearing Under Armour, a t-shirt, a sweatshirt, Carhartt and a jacket over top, along with thermal pants and blue jeans, mixed with a toboggan and gloves. I actually was hot during the third game!

I went to the 1A game !!! Great game . It was a pity someone had to lose.

This was the first time I have attended the state championship games and I loved every second of it. Although my senior season ended weeks ago, I still took pride in watching the game I love being played by kids my age in what you dream about back in mid july. Louisville has an awesome facilty and I got to expirence that first hand. The brown and willamson buliding came in handy during the breaks between games. I can say that I will attend every year now no matter what.

I was there for all the games.. Haven't missed the championships in over ten years... Always a great time...:thumb:

I was at the 2A and 1A games. I had already gotten too cold to stay for the 3A game... and I was ready for some food.

I saw 4a 2a and 1a game. Froze out before 3 a game started. To much time between games

I was at all 4 games but froze up in 2nd half of 3A game and headed for home.A great time and some great games.Congrats to all that participated!

I attended the Friday games. Had no real rooting interest in the first 2, but I was glad to see they were good close games.

I was at 4A...stopped in for a minute on Friday...was going to come back Friday night but just wasn't motivated to go back out in the cold.

Being the Ohio finals came on the same weekend again as the Kentucky finals I did not make it down but, next year the Guru has informed me that I will be able to attend both. If I am not down sick both finals will be on my schedule next season.
