How cool would it be to see Rob Snow have to take on wight Ned Stark? Or Arya Stark having to take on wight Catelyn Stark?

I enjoyed the scenes of the group sitting around the fire last night, especially having Jaime knighting Brianne.

I thought the same thing for a moment but Ned doesn't have a head, so that may be difficult to see.

These were my favorite scenes from last night as well. It reminded me of times with friends towards the end of college or high school when we knew things were about to change forever and we didn't want the night to end.

Jon Snow, I assume? Can wights be assembled from just bones?

As for Catelyn, I don't think that her bones were returned from the Twins. According to the book, her body is tossed in the river, I believe.

She's 22....I heard from a friend.

I don’t believe Ned’s remains were ever returned to winterfell.

Little Finger brought them back to Catelyn. Season 2.

Correction: They may not have been actually returned to Winterfell, as Catelyn wasn't there when she received them.

Can we talk about the timing of Jon telling Danny the truth about who he is? I'm not real sure I would have dropped that knowledge before the major battle. She was probably wanting some intimacy before the big day but I'm not sure. Feel like it might have been better to hold onto that info a little bit longer.

I’ve seen a lot of folks say the same thing but I am not sure how you hold that in when your aunt wants your body and always gets her way. Plus Jon ALWAYS does what he feels is the honorable thing whether it is smart or not. Just like Ned.

I think we lose a minimal amount of people next week, they win the battle and then they all kill each other over the last three episodes.

I think Jon kills the Night King with Longclaw.

I wonder if somehow John ends up showing Danny that he’s who he says he is by not getting burned by fire, cause she didn’t seem to buy his story and that’d be the only way he proves it?

:lol2: Yes, Jon Snow...I got a little ahead of myself there typing that post.

I totally agree on minimal people dying in the battle next week...although I think they HAVE to kill off a big player. They can't kill off a bunch of big players because they have the rest of the season to worry about.

My guess is that somewhere between 2 and 5 of the following die:

-Berric Dondarrian

-Brienne of Tarth

-Davos Seaworth

-Edd Tollett

-Jaime Lannister

-Jorah Mormont

-Gendry

-Gilly

-Grey Worm the Unsullied

-Missandei Sam

-Podrick Payne

-Theon Greyjoy

-Tormund Giantsbane

Of those, I'd be most surprised to see Brianna, Jaime, Jorah, and Gilly be the ones killed, but I still think they're fair game on the chopping block.

Everyone else important survives.
