Honestly I hope most of what you said happens. Dany is who I want to win, so I am good with the rest dying lol. Well except for Aryah, I wish she could survive and be the warden of the North. However, unfortunately Dany made an enemy out of Aryah since she burnt the people Aryah was trying to help. So I see now way both of them survive.

Maybe Bron kills Tyrion.

 

At this point if Dany is not the one sitting on the iron throne at the end. I would want it to be Bron who is. All series he has been wanting the biggest castle and all of that. Well it gets no bigger than on the iron throne, even though it will have to be rebuilt haha.

I didn't understand Varys conversation with Martha, the little kitchen maid, to start the episode. It sure makes more sense now:

Yes, because carrying out medieval justice (as brutal as it is) ain't the same as indiscriminately burning innocent women and children alive. It's fine that it's where they wanted the show to go, they could have led the story there. Given Dany's indicators of a messiah complex, there's definitely plenty of indication it was always headed this way, they just kind of fumbled the ball. It happens. They're not the first show to write themselves into a corner. If it was easy, everyone would do it.

I would agree that this was handled clumsily. They had done such a good job of building the character over 7 seasons, and while I think everyone knew where this was going, it ended up being a rush to get there. This whole season, while entertaining, just feels rushed.

Does he factor in since: a) Cersi has paid him and is now dead; b) Jaime, one of his targets is now dead; and b) Tyrion is now a marked man by Dany.

 

Maybe he makes a deal with Dany to still get the castle and takes out Tyrion - getting paid and paid double.

You might be on to something. There was definitely something more to take away from that scene than just Arya warming up to a horse. Maybe the white horse is symbolic of her being a real hero; countering Dany’s black dragon.

Underwhelmingly? The night king killed a lot of people and was on the verge of killing all of them, if Arya didnt save the day.

 

I disagree that it was underwhelming. I loved that episode. Anything more would have been the night king winning...

I honestly think most of this story is about Jon.

 

I think he kills Dany somehow, or someone does, and he goes to the north and lives with the wildlings.

 

Also, the kids were innocent. I liked the episode and dont care that they made her turn quickly, I like the story, but she went full evil. :lol2:

I think Dany accuses Sansa of treason for telling Tyrion about Jon.

 

Jon, knows Dany has gone mad and kills her to save Sansa.

 

Jon then goes north of the wall, and Sansa becomes Queen of the Seven Kingdoms.
