Auburn and the Cats playing for the 3rd time this season. It should be a good one. What does everyone think on this one?

Auburn is gonna be missing their best player.

Cats are a terrible matchup for them. I say UK wins it 79-71

Auburn got right at the right time. They’re hitting everything, and it will continue on Sunday. There’s no way Kentucky can beat such a good team 3 times in one year. Auburn rolls to the Final Four.

Auburn 87

Kentucky 73

Who knows at this point but Auburn down a key player might swing it?

I’d feel a lot better if Tony Barbee was coaching.

Auburn feels like a team of destiny, but they are without a key player in Okeke. I don't think he's their best player, but he's very important for a lot of reasons, but especially his being 6'8".

Brown and Harper will be tough for UK to contain, but the Cats should have a frontcourt advantage. Austin Wiley will have his work cut out for him on the defensive end.

If not for the Okeke injury, I would have gone with Auburn to keep rolling. Still think I am taking the Tigers...by about 6.

Kentucky 78-72.

Hard to beat a team three times but I believe in the Cats. Tigers have to eventually cool off some, might as well Sunday against the Cats defense.

Hopefully PJ doesn't have any issues and he can get more of whatever they gave him before this game.

It's hard to beat a team three times in a year. Bruce Pearl is a heck of a coach, I wouldn't but anything past him. I like UK's chances but sure wouldn't be surprised to see it go the other way. Auburn has been as hot as anybody in the country over the last two or three weeks. At some point they have to cool off at bit.

Those are my two biggest concerns.

Down their best player. Will make a huge impact.

Just said on post game show that it may just be a bone bruise.

I don't necessarily believe that Okeke is Auburn's best player but he is a leader and top rebounder. I've made it well known that I can't stand the snake oil salesman coach but Pearl is a motivator and will have his kids ready. The 2nd game with Auburn, the Cats really stepped up the defense on all of their 3pt. shooters and that basically shut them down.

I've heard it said that all hot streaks come to an end but the one that Auburn's been on sure hasn't from the SEC tourney to this point. Hopefully, Cal's defensive game plan on Sunday will slow the Auburn shooting enough to get the W. After coming back, how P.J.'s foot feels and if he can go and play effectively on Sunday will be a key. Those type things tend to stiffen up, hurt much more on the next morning. I'm sure that the U.K. training and medical staff will be working around the clock to have Washington ready to go.

U.K. wins by 9.

Only way to know the extent of his injury is an MRI. No way they got that done last night, or I wouldn’t think so.
