I just looked at Taylor's wikipedia page. They already have him listed as the coach of the Bengals. Does Wikipedia try to break news stories now? :meh:

Taylor's father in law is Mike Sherman, who is currently the head coach of the Montreal Alouettes.

 

Taylor succeeded Bill Lazor as offensive coordinator with the Dolphins during the season when Lazor was let go. There's a bit of irony if Taylor is hired as head coach.

Wikipedia is a crowd sourced database. You and I can go on there and put whatever false information we want. There are people who correct false information but it takes time for stuff to get corrected. Wikipedia is not in any way a reliable news source.

Well I had got myself all ready for Bienemy. So I was a little thrown off by this. So still trying to decide what I think about it. However it is still better than any guys under Marvin. Plus sounds like they will allow him to put his own staff together.

 

From what I have read. Everyone says he is a very bright coach. Let's see if he can put it together to be a good head coach.

That's kind of where I'm at. I was actually hoping for Bienemy. I feel like I probably shouldn't say I'm disappointed with Taylor because I don't know much about him. Just wasn't the guy I was hoping for.

 

It would be nice to start watching and caring about the Bengals again. Over the last 5-6 years i went from almost being a season ticket holder to barely watching a game all season. Between the continued off the field problems, the constant coaching and front office problems, i just quit caring. The kneeling nation wide didn't help either. Hoping thos program can turn the corner.

I was leaning Bieniemy then saw the Taylor rumors. The Bengals must have saw all the other McVay fruit being snatched up. That guy needs to charge a finders fee.

Everyone is going to be racing to join Sean McVay's staff this offseason. Work for him, and you're automatically qualified to be a head coach. :lol2:
