I know in the Louisville area this is the last week of district games. I don’t know if that’s the case across the state. That being said said I’m sure some district champions have already been determined. I was wondering what games this week will determine the champion and the #1 seed. I know if STX beats Butler they win the district. I’m sure there are quite a few games that will determine 1st place.

Trinity vs. Ballard will determine district champ.

In Class 3A:

 

Western Hills at Boyle County (District 4)

-a Boyle County win clinches the title

-if Western Hills wins and Lexington Catholic loses to Garrard County, then Western Hills wins the title

-if Western Hills and Lexington Catholic win, then it would go to a three team tiebreaker.

 

Russell at Bath County (District 5)

-Winner is district champion

 

Pike County Central at Belfry (District 6)

-a Belfry win clinches the title

-if Pike Central wins and Lawrence County loses to Floyd Central, then Pike Central wins the title

-if Pike Central and Lawrence County win, then it would go to a three team tiebreaker.

 

Corbin at Casey County (District 8)

-a Corbin win clinches the title

-if Casey County wins and Bell County loses to Jackson County, then Casey County wins the title

-if Casey County and Bell County win, then it would go to a three team tiebreaker.

Pulaski at Southwestern is for the District title.

South Warren vs Bowling Green is a District title game.

Frederick Douglass @ Henry Clay Friday night is for the 6A District 7 title.

Central Hardin vs North Hardin for 6A District 2 title Friday night

Class 4A, district 7 game has Holmes and Scott. If Scott wins and Harrison County beats Bourbon County, it's a 3 way tie, if Holmes wins they are district champs. Does anyone know how the tie breaker works?

Franklin-Simpson @ Warren East is for the 4A District 2 title.

Franklin County at North Oldham determines the winner of 4A District 4, while a Shelby County victory over Collins would give North Oldham a 3 seed if Franklin County wins.

Owensboro vs. Graves Co is a district championship game.

Frankfort @ KCD for the district championship.
