AverageJoesGym
Greene will be nursing a sprained UCL next year at what 20? Kluber and Bauer are proven. You wouldn’t take a Cy Young winner for a prospect? Worked out well for the Red Sox. They traded two elite prospects for Sale. Moncada and Kopech was a high price to pay. I have a feeling they don't regret it.
HammerTime
Greene will be nursing a sprained UCL next year at what 20? Kluber and Bauer are proven. You wouldn’t take a Cy Young winner for a prospect? Kluber alone isn't getting it done. If the deal is made with others pieces coming as well then sure. UKMustangFan
Jon Morosi Verified account @jonmorosi 7m7 minutes ago Source: #Reds continue to pursue rotation options via trade, including ongoing discussions with #Indians about Corey Kluber or Trevor Bauer. @MLB @MLBNetwork I would deal any two prospects in the organization if it meant the Reds got Corey Kluber. You add him and sign a Happ or Keuchel and you're instantly a contender IMO.

NKYknowitall
Reds asking about Ender Inciarte, Yasiel Puig | Cincinnati Reds per Ken Rosenthal “ In one variation of this deal, #Dodgers would take back Homer Bailey from #Reds and his remaining $28M commitment as a way of buying prospects. Bailey’s CBT number (average annual salary in multi-year deal) is $17.5M. Deal complex, still in discussion, not close.“ If this means getting rid of Bailey, please do it! One of the most durable starting pitchers in the game. Not a bad option at the back of the rotation or in the pen if need be.

nkufan23
I think the biggest thing to like about Roark other than his durability is the fact he’s a proven MLB pitcher. How many of those do the Reds currently have? Also Tanner Rainey had a big arm, but looked lost last year in limited appearances.
