Who has the best chance to win it all now?

With the teams remaining who has the best chance to cut the nets down. I'd say Duke, Kansas, Villanova, and Kentucky.

I think my Final Four will be Kentucky- South, Villanova- East, Michigan- West, and either Kansas or Duke- Midwest (not sure on that one) if I had to pick one I'd probably go with Duke.

I think Villanova. With Xavier and UC losing yesterday I have no rooting interest other than UK. I guess my backup team to root for will now be Purdue as I have several family and lifelong friends who are fans.

Which were three of my Final Fours. So I will go ahead and make Michigan fourth to round out my bracket, but I don't have a lot of faith they get there.

My bracket has gone down the tube, but I still have all 4 Final 4 teams left UK, Duke, Villanova, and Michigan. 3 out of the 4 are looking very good and the matchups really favor Michigan in the West bracket.

I think Nova is the most cohesive looking team right now. I think Duke is the most athletic team, followed possibly by A&M. Kansas and Kentucky have both played decent in tourney so far, but UK lack of consistent inside scoring from bigs and Kansas lack of inside depth will probably rear its head soon. As of today, I would likely go with Nova, Duke, A&M, and Ky to get to final 4 with Duke/Nova winner cutting down the nets. A&M has that Uconn look to me right now and could be that dark horse winner similar to 2014.
